Action:

  • Used the Collins/Porras methodology to lead a company credo project for MPG globally

  • Recruited a small team of top global MPG Directors to work on the project and facilitated the sessions

 

Result:

  • Generated material for a global brochure of company values, circulated to all staff

  • Helped to clarify MPG's brand position which in turn generated new marketing collateral

  • Provided a reference point for the development of new products, working processes staff development and recruitment policy
